On July 5, Hu Xiaoyuan, the deputy director of the management department, provided systematic training for the 27 internal auditors appointed for this audit, focusing mainly on the relevant knowledge and auditing skills of the three major systems. After the training, an examination was organized to assess the learning outcomes, ensuring that each internal auditor could master the necessary skills and be competent for the auditing tasks.
On the morning of July 9, the first internal audit meeting was held. At the meeting, Hu Xiaoyuan, the deputy director of the management department, announced the personnel arrangements for this internal audit, including the task assignments for each group leader. She reminded the group leaders to prepare the audit work plan in advance to ensure that the audit process is both comprehensive and focused on key points. General Manager Liu Changsheng attended the meeting and expressed three clear hopes for the departments undergoing the audit: 1. Be open-minded and actively welcome the audit. 2. Be willing to proactively expose existing problems and shortcomings. 3. Be humble in accepting others' opinions and suggestions. At the same time, he also put forward three requirements for the auditors: 1. Maintain a correct attitude and conduct the audit with care. 2. Distinguish between primary and secondary issues, focusing on the major ones. 3. Be fair and impartial, and uphold integrity.
In the following three days from July 9 to 11, each internal audit group organized and conducted detailed internal audits of various departments according to the plan. The internal auditors conducted targeted assessments and evaluations based on the nature of each department's work, work priorities, and common issues. During the audit process, the departments cooperated and verified each other, creating a good synergy.
On the afternoon of July 15, the final internal audit meeting was held, where the group leaders summarized and reported the issues discovered during the audit and proposed feasible improvement suggestions for the existing problems. In his concluding remarks, General Manager Liu Changsheng emphasized the importance of rectification work and put forward two requirements for subsequent work: 1. Face the non-conformities, listen to suggestions, and learn from them. 2. Rectify promptly, effectively, and thoroughly, and ensure proper acceptance work.
