At 9 a.m. on August 19, a first meeting was convened in the conference room with the heads of relevant departments of the company. Two expert teachers conducted an in-depth and detailed review and evaluation of various aspects such as the operation status, record management, and infrastructure configuration of each department during the process of integrating informatization and industrialization, based on the standards and requirements of the integration system. From a professional perspective, the two expert teachers not only conducted a strict review of the company's informatization infrastructure but also evaluated the risks of equipment in the company's production processes regarding software and hardware facilities, network architecture, and data security. After two days of review work, the supervisory audit was successfully completed, and one non-conformance item was raised. In response to this non-conformance item, corrective actions were immediately initiated, and the rectification was successfully completed, reflecting the company's leadership's proactive cooperation and swift action. After the audit, the expert teachers fully affirmed the achievements of the company's integration of informatization and industrialization work and believed that the company's integration certificate remains valid. In recent years, the company has continuously invested, from upgrading the ERP system to the in-depth implementation of intelligent transformation of machine tools, and the procurement and introduction of advanced equipment such as CNC boring and milling machines, all of which mark the continuous improvement of the informatization level and the increasing digitalization rate of equipment in the industrialization process.
